Move over, Espresso Martini, the Cold Brew Kick is the new cool cocktail in town. We give it extra points for having two kinds of coffee and mixing it with Ballantine’s Finest.

35ml Ballantine’s Finest
15ml Coffee Liquor
60ml – 90ML Cold Brew Coffee (Adjust to taste)
5ml Sugar Syrup (Adjust to taste)
Equipment
Ice cubes
Cocktail Shaker
Tall glass
Method
Fill a shaker with ice
Add Ballantine’s Finest, coffee liqueur and sugar syrup
Top with cold brew coffee — enough to fill the shaker by about a third
Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until the tin feels icy cold
Strain into a chilled glass
Garnish with a coffee bean or orange twist to lift the aroma
