Passion Fruit Sour

50ml Ballantine’s Finest
20ml Passion fruit puree
20ml Sugar syrup
10ml Lime juice
1 egg white
ml Half a passion fruit, to garnish
Equipment
Crushed ice
Ice cubes
Rocks Glass
Cocktail shaker
Method
Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice and place to one side
Grab a cocktail shaker – add cubed ice, all your ingredients and shake well
Strain over the crushed ice in your pre-chilled glass
Garnish with half a passion fruit
