Method

Combine all the ingredients into a shaker.

Fill with cubed ice and give a good shake.

Double strain into a rocks glass full of fresh ice or into a martini glass.

How to make Rose Petal Syrup

To make your rose petal syrup, combine 100g fragrant rose petals or dried rose petals, 500g caster sugar , 500g water and 1 tbsp rose water into a pan. Simmer until the sugar dissolves. Let to rest for 1 hour until cool. Strain out the rose petals and bottle the liquid.
