50ml Ballantine’s Finest or Ballantine’s Sunshine
10ml Lime juice
25ml Coconut cream
100ml Pineapple juice
ml Pineapple leaf, to garnish
Equipment
Ice cubes
Cocktail shaker
Method
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled
Strain into a glass over ice
Garnish with a Pineapple Leaf
