A Ballantine’s version of the Paper Plane? Yep, we went there. It’s chic, modern, and bright orange. And, it’s been said that the name comes from the iconic M.I.A. song from 2007. Originally served with bourbon, it’s proof that the most unexpected pairings create the greatest results.

20 ml Aperol
30 ml Lemon juice
30 ml Amaro Nonino
Equipment
Cocktail shaker
Coupe glass
Ice cubes
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker
Add ice and shake well until chilled
Fine strain into a coupe glass
