50ml Ballantine’s Finest: Gorillaz Edition
ml 2:1 honey syrup
ml 2 dashes peach bitters
ml Lemon peel, to garnish
Equipment
1 large ice cube
Mixing glass
Rocks glass
Method
Add the Ballantine’s Finest, Honey Syrup and Peach Bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled
Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube
Garnish with a lemon peel
