Spiced apple crumble, caramelised pineapple and dried apricots followed by toasted pecan nuts, sweet liquorice and white chocolate ganache, finished with hints of gentle smoke.
Taste
On the palate, Vanilla fudge, coconut ice-cream and sweet roasted chestnut on a backdrop of homemade plum jam, white peach, mango sorbet and red apple.
Finish
The finish is long, rich, and sweet, with hints of gentle smoke.
