Cherry Sour
The classic Whisky Sour with an adventurous twist. This Cherry Sour uses Ballantine’s Wild to bring a sweet and tart cherry flavour to this iconic cocktail. Make a big batch – this one is always a hit.

50 ml Ballantine’s Wild
25 ml Lime juice
15 ml Cherry syrup
5 ml Sugar Syrup
ml Cherries, to garnish

Cocktail shaker
Method
Fill a glass with cubed ice and put it to one side
Grab a cocktail shaker – add cubed ice, all your ingredients and shake well
Strain into your ice-filled glass
