Ray of Sunshine
The unofficial cocktail of summer. Ready to try something more exotic and tropical than a spritz? This recipe uses Ballantine’s Sunshine mixed with mango and pineapple to create a sweet and tangy drink you’ll be sipping all season long.

50ml Ballantine’s Sunshine
100ml Mango juice
25ml Lime juice
ml Pineapple slice, to garnish
Equipment
Ice cubes
Rocks glass
Cocktail Shaker
Method
Add 50ml Ballantine’s Sunshine, 100ml mango juice, 25ml lime juice and ice into shaker
Shake and dirty pour into a rocks glass
Garnish with a mango slice
