150ml Pineapple juice
50ml Soda water
ml Pineapple wedge

Highball glass
Method
Add 40ml Ballantine’s Sunshine into a highball glass with the crushed ice
Top with 150ml pineapple juice
Add 50ml soda water
To finish, garnish with a wedge of pineapple
