Whisky Tonic
We like our G&T without the G. This Ballantine’s Scotch and tonic combo is a shake-up on the original. It’s refreshing, bittersweet and perfectly balanced.

50ml Ballantine’s Finest
ml Tonic water
ml Lemon wedge, to garnish
Equipment
Ice cubes
Tall glass
Method

Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in a shot of Ballantine’s Finest

Top up with tonic and stir gently
3
Squeeze in a large wedge of lemon and drop it into the glass to garnish
