Chilli Piña
The Chilli Piña really lives up to its name. This is a Scotch and pineapple cocktail with a spicy kick. The fruity-fiery combo will make a statement at every cocktail hour.

50ml Ballantine’s Finest
150ml Pineapple soda or fresh pineapple juice
10ml Chilli syrup
Pineapple wedge, to garnish
Equipment
Ice cubes
Tall glass
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice
Pour in Ballantine’s Finest, pineapple soda (or juice) and chilli syrup
Give it a gentle stir to bring everything together
Garnish with a pineapple wedge (or a chilli slice if you want extra heat)
