- 35ml Ballantine’s Finest Whisky
- 15ml Amaretto Liqueur
- 20ml Double Cream
- 1 Whole Egg
- Nutmeg To Garnish
How We Make It
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the Ballantine’s Finest, amaretto liqueur, and egg. Add cream if you like. Shake vigorously
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake again for 30 seconds
- Pour into a chilled glass
- Dust with nutmeg and enjoy
