El Bloque will use the support from the True Music Fund to create ‘Plug Park’, a multi-day experience bringing together independent talents who don’t have the support of publishers or large labels. The experience will aim to create synergies and exchanges of styles, bringing to life unlikely collaborations within the club scene.
