50ml Ballantine’s Finest Whisky

20ml Kahlua
1 shot Espresso
15ml Sugar Syrup
Parmesan Cheese
Ice

How to make an Espresso Parmesan Martini.

Add the Ballantine’s Finest, Kahlua, Espresso and Sugar Syrup into a Cocktail Shaker.
Add Ice and Shake.
Double Strain into a Coupe Glass.
To finish, grate over a covering of Parmesan Cheese.

Who invented the Parmesan Espresso Martini?

The Parmesan Espresso Martini is a viral hit. Many TikTokers and ‘grammers have shaken up the trending cocktail, but the original seems to root back to bartender Jordan Hughes, otherwise known as High-Proof Preacher from Oregon.
The content creator credits Jonathan Stanyard, a Seattle-based cocktail maker, as his inspiration. Jonathan first came up with the idea for the ‘Truffletini’, a take on the Espresso Martini made with truffle-infused cognac and a sprinkle of 24-month-aged Parmesan.
