Whisky Ginger Julep Ingredients
- 50ml Ballantine’s 12 Year Old Whisky
- 12.5ml Lime Juice
- Vanilla Sugar
- Fresh Ginger
- Mint Leaves
- Crushed Ice
How to make a Whisky Ginger Julep
- In a Julep mug, muddle the fresh ginger with lime juice and sugar. If you like it sweet, go easy on the lime.
- Add mint leaves, half of the Ballantine’s whisky measure and half of the lime juice. Add crushed ice and start stirring.
- Serve with a sprig of mint for that herbal hit.
