As the second instalment of our exciting Mam Sham collaboration, this twist on the classic Old Fashioned cocktail brings a whole new depth to your glass. With maple syrup adding a luscious sweetness, this is a serve for those ready to shake things up.

Maple Old Fashioned Ingredients

60ml Ballantine’s 7yr Old
4 dashes orange bitters
2 tsp maple syrup
Orange twist, as garnish

How To Make a Maple Old Fashioned

Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass with cubed ice and stir to chill and dilute.
Add more ice and stir.
Peel a large strip of orange zest, twist the orange oils over the drink.
Place the orange peel on the ice.
