Whisky Collins Ingredients

60ml Ballantine’s Brasil Whisky

25ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Rosemary

How to make a Whisky Collins

Shake the Ballantine’s Whisky, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup and Angostura Bitters with ice.
Strain into ice filled glass and top with soda water.
Garnish with Rosemary.
