- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Rosemary
How to make a Whisky Collins
- Shake the Ballantine’s Whisky, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup and Angostura Bitters with ice.
- Strain into ice filled glass and top with soda water.
- Garnish with Rosemary.
