Ingredients

50ml Ballantine’s Finest

20ml Green Apple Liqueur

10ml Lime Juice

10ml Simple Syrup

1 drop of Green Food Coloring

Ice

Green Apple Slice for garnish

 

How we make it

Fill a shaker with ice.

Add Ballantine’s Finest, green apple liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, and a drop of green food coloring.

Shake well until chilled.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a green apple slice.

CANDY FLOSS GHOST

Beware of the Candy Floss Ghost—this hauntingly sweet Halloween cocktail floats is ideal for spirits who enjoy a playful twist.

 

Ingredients

50ml Ballantine’s Finest

20ml Lemon Juice

15ml Simple Syrup

1 Egg White (optional for froth)

Ice

A handful of White Candy Floss (Cotton Candy)

Lemon Twist for garnish

 

How we make it

In a shaker, combine Ballantine’s Finest, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using).

Dry shake (without ice) to create froth.

Add ice and shake again until well chilled.

Place a handful of white candy floss in a rocks glass.

Strain the cocktail over the candy floss, allowing it to dissolve.

Garnish with a lemon twist.

HAUNTED HARVEST

Ingredients

50ml Ballantine’s Finest

25ml Pumpkin Puree

15ml Maple Syrup

10ml Lemon Juice

2 dashes Pumpkin Pie Spice

Ice

Cinnamon Stick and Nutmeg for garnish

 

How we make it

Fill a shaker with ice.

Add Ballantine’s Finest, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, lemon juice, and pumpkin pie spice.

Shake well until chilled.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a light dusting of nutmeg.

CAndy corn old fashioned

Take your favourite Halloween sweet and add it to your favourite whisky to create this spooky twist on an Old Fashioned.

 

Ingredients

50ml Ballantine’s Finest

15ml Candy Corn Syrup (recipe below)

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Orange Peel for garnish

Ice

Candy Corn for garnish

 

HOW WE MAKE CANDY CORN SYRUp

In a saucepan, combine 1 cup candy corn, water, and sugar.

Bring to a boil, stirring until the candy corn and sugar are completely dissolved.

Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let cool.

Strain into a bottle and store in the refrigerator.

 

How we make it

In a mixing glass, combine Ballantine’s Finest, candy corn syrup, and bitters.

Add ice and stir until well chilled.

Strain into an old-fashioned glass over a large ice cube.

Express the orange peel over the drink and drop it in as a garnish.

Garnish with a few pieces of candy corn.

BLOODY BALLANTINE’S

Ingredients

50ml Ballantine’s Finest

25ml Blood Orange Juice

15ml Grenadine

10ml Lemon Juice

Ice

Blood Orange Wheel for garnish

 

How we make it

Fill a shaker with ice.

Add Ballantine’s Finest, blood orange juice, grenadine, and lemon juice.

Shake well until chilled.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a blood orange wheel.

BERRY BUMP-IN-THE-NIGHT PUNCH

After you’ve finished bobbing for apples… chop them up and throw them in this whisky cranberry cocktail punch.

TIP: The more red berries you add, the SPOOKIER the colour!

 

Ingredients

200ml Ballantine’s Finest
50ml Fresh lemon juice
50ml Crème de Mûre
50ml Elderflower Cordial
100ml Cranberry juice
500ml Soda water
2 Apples
Red berries

How we make it

Fill your bowl with 15-20 ice cubes.
Add a couple of handfuls of apple slices and your favourite red berries.
Pour in 200ml of Ballantine’s Finest, 50ml of lemon juice, 50ml Crème de Mûre, 50ml Elderflower cordial and 100 ml of Cranberry juice.
Top with the Soda water.
Give it a good stir before pouring out a round.

Ingredients

200ml Ballantine’s Finest
100ml Lemon Juice
60ml Sugar Syrup
10 dashes Angostura Bitters
Rosemary

How We Make It

Stir up the Ballantine’s, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup and Angostura Bitters with ice.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with Rosemary.
Serve.

200ml Ballantine’s 12 Year Old
60ml Campari
60ml Byrrh

How We Make It

Add Ballantine’s 12 Year Old, Campari and Byrrh.
Stir gently.

140ml Ballantine’s Finest
60ml coffee liqueur
Cold Brew Coffee (enough for 4 people)
20ml sugar syrup

How We Make It

Fill a bowl with ice.
Pour in Ballantine’s Finest, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup. Top with cold brew coffee.
Stir it up.
Serve for the perfect way to kick-start the night.

200ml Ballantine’s Finest Whisky
25ml Lillet Blanc
400ml Lemon Soda
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Lemon
Green Grapes

How We Make It

Fill a bowl with ice.
Add a handful of lemon slices and halfed grapes.
Pour in Ballantine’s Finest, fresh lemon juice and Lillet Blanc. Top up with lemonade.
Give it a good stir and pour out a round!

200ml Ballantine’s Finest Whisky
200ml Cold Brew Coffee 
8 tsp sugar

How We Make It

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake.
Strain and pour over a rocks glass filled with ice.
Serve with an orange twist garnish.

How We Make It
