This indulgent cocktail is layered up with Ballantine’s Finest, vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, and all of the naughty toppings you could ever dream of; doughnuts, cookies, marshmallows, popcorn, whipped cream. To be honest, you can top it with whatever you like. There are no parents here telling you what to do.
