- 50ml Ballantine’s Finest Whisky
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 1tsp of Hot Honey
- Ice
- Chilli Slices to Garnish
How to make a Hot Honey Sour
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Fine strain into a short glass over ice.
- Garnish with a chilli slices.
