The Atholl Brose cocktail is oats-so-simple. Whip this classic scotch whisky cocktail up after a dinner party to really up your hosting game.
- 60ml Ballantine’s 12 Year Old Whisky
- 45ml Oatmeal Water
- 3 teaspoons of honey
- 10ml Drambuie
- 10ml Single Cream
How We Make It
- Prepare oatmeal water by soaking three heaped tablespoons of oatmeal in half a mug of warm water. Stir and leave to stand for 15 mins. Strain
- Stir honey with Ballantine’s until honey dissolves
- Add other ingredients, shake with ice and fine strain into chilled glass
