- 50ml Ballantine’s Finest Whisky
- 20ml Passion Fruit Purée
- 20ml Sugar Syrup
- 10ml Lime Juice
- 1 Egg White
- Crushed Ice
- Half A Passion Fruit, To Garnish
How to make a Passion Fruit Sour
- Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice and place to one side
- Grab a cocktail shaker – add the ice ice and all your ingredients. Shake well
- Strain over the crushed ice in your pre-chilled glass
- Garnish with half a passion fruit
