Whisky and ginger make a stellar combo. It’s no wonder they’re paired together in a bunch of popular cocktails from the Penicillin to the Kentucky Mule. Both bring a blend of spiced sweet flavours, balanced by the ginger ale’s bubbly lightness and the whisky’s creamy smoothness.   • Fill a highball glass with ice and pour in a 50ml shot of Ballantine’s Finest Scotch Whisky
