- 2tsp Sriracha sauce
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 25ml Vegan Foamer/Egg Whites
- 25ml Sugar Syrup
- Ice
How to make a Flying Scotsman
- Add 50ml Ballantine’s Finest to shaker.
- Add 25ml Lemon Juice to shaker.
- Add 2tsp Sriracha sauce to shaker.
- Add 25ml Vegan Foamer/Egg Whites to shaker.
- Add 25ml Sugar Syrup to shaker.
- Add ice to the shaker and vigorously shake.
- Strain over an ice block in rocks glass.
