This zesty twist on a Scotch Collins is the ideal cocktail for when the sun is setting and the speaker is blasting.
- 60ml Ballantine’s Brasil Whisky
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
How We Make It
- Shake the Ballantine’s, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup and Angostura Bitters with ice.
- Strain into ice filled glass and top with soda water
- Garnish with Rosemary
