Ballantine’s Honey & Cinnamon Highball

Honey & Cinnamon Highball - Whisky Recipe -

Fresh, sweet and super zesty. This highball’s got all the deliciously satisfying flavours of a hot toddy, but this time, we’ve poured it on the rocks; honey and cinnamon whisky cocktail style.

Ingredients

  • 40ml Ballantine’s Finest Whisky
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Cinnamon Syrup
  • 2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
  • 100ml Spicy Ginger Beer
  • Cinnamon Sticks & Candied Ginger for Garnish

How We Make It

  • Add all ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice.
  • Sit gently to mix.
  • Add the garnish & enjoy!
