50ml Ballantine’s 12
12.5ml raspberry purée or syrup
12.5ml sugar syrup
12.5ml lemon juice
HOW TO MAKE IT
1. Grab a highball glass and add 3-4 fresh raspberries. Muddle gently with the back of a spoon to bruise and release the juices.
2. Add the ice, Ballantine’s 12, sugar syrup, lemon juice and raspberry purée or syrup.
3. Top soda water and garnish with a few raspberries and a slice of lemon.
