Zippy, fresh, and light, the Apple pop is a low-octane cocktail that still packs a serious flavour punch.

INGREDIENTS

  • 20ml Ballantine's Finest
  • 25ml Apple juice
  • 75ml Soda water
  • Mint sprig

HOW TO MAKE IT

  • Fill a highball glass with ice
  • Add 20ml of Ballantine’s Finest and 15ml of apple juice
  • Top up with soda water and stir it up
  • Garnish with mint sprig
