THE PYRAMID JULEP

Created using the fresh flavours of Beirut, this drink mixes Ballantine's with hints of rose and mint, featuring a little spicy kick from the cardamom.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Ballantine's Finest
  • 3 cardamom pods
  • 10ml rose sugar syrup
  • 6 - 8 mint leaves
  • Rose petals for decoration (optional)
  • Crushed ice

HOW TO MAKE IT

  • Put the cardamom pods into a highball class and crush slightly
  • Add in the mint leaves and pour over the rose syrup
  • Muddle
  • Add in crushed ice
  • Pour over the Ballantine's Finest
  • Add a little more ice and garnish with rose petals
