INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Ballantine's Finest
  • 50ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
  • Dash fresh lemon
  • Top up with soda
  • Grapefruit zest

HOW TO MAKE IT

  • Put the Finest and grapefruit juice in to a highball glass
  • Add the dash of fresh lemon juice
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes
  • Pour over soda
  • Stir and garnish with grapefruit zest
