50ml Ballantine’s Finest
25ml lemon juice
12.5ml sugar syrup
1 egg white
HOW TO MAKE IT
1. Fill a martini glass with ice and put it to one side.
2. Grab a cocktail shaker and top it up with cubed ice. Pour in the Ballantine’s, Malibu, sugar syrup, lemon juice and egg white.
3. Shake it up.
4. Remove the ice from your chilled martini glass, pour the cocktail through a strainer.Then serve with a lemon slice. Nice.
