THE PYRAMID JULEP
Created using the fresh flavours of Beirut, this drink mixes Ballantine's with hints of rose and mint, featuring a little spicy kick from the cardamom.
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Ballantine's Finest
- 3 cardamom pods
- 10ml rose sugar syrup
- 6 - 8 mint leaves
- Rose petals for decoration (optional)
- Crushed ice
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Put the cardamom pods into a highball class and crush slightly
- Add in the mint leaves and pour over the rose syrup
- Muddle
- Add in crushed ice
- Pour over the Ballantine's Finest
- Add a little more ice and garnish with rose petals
