GINGER PEACH
Easy to make and effortlessly cool. This ginger and peach combo will spice up any occasion.
INGREDIENTS
- 170ml of Ballantine’s Finest
- 3 cups of frozen sliced, peeled peaches
- 2 tbsp of finely grated, peeled ginger
- 85ml of simple syrup
- 60ml fresh lemon juice
- Mint sprigs to garnish
MAKE IT
- Purée the peaches, ginger, whisky, simple syrup, lemon juice and 2 cups of ice in a blender until smooth and thick
- Divide among glasses and garnish with mint sprigs (mixture will loosen once poured)
