- 50ml Ballantine’s Finest
- 25ml lemon juice
- 12.5ml Malibu
- 12.5ml sugar syrup
- 1 egg white
- Cubed ice
- Lemon slice
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Fill a martini glass with ice and put it to one side.
- Grab a cocktail shaker and top it up with cubed ice. Pour in the Ballantine’s, Malibu, sugar syrup, lemon juice and egg white.
- Shake it up.
- Remove the ice from your chilled martini glass, pour the cocktail and double strain. Serve with a lemon slice. Nice.
