- 50ml Ballantine's Finest
- 50ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
- Dash fresh lemon
- Top up with soda
- Grapefruit zest
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Put the Finest and grapefruit juice in to a highball glass
- Add the dash of fresh lemon juice
- Fill the glass with ice cubes
- Pour over soda
- Stir and garnish with grapefruit zest
