12.5ml lime juice
HOW TO MAKE IT
1. In a Julep mug, muddle the fresh ginger with lime juice and sugar. If you like it sweet, go easy on the lime.
2. Add mint leaves, half of the Ballantine’s measure and half of the lime juice. Add crushed ice and start stirring.
3. Repeat step 2 with the remaining half of the ingredients and keep on stirring.
4. Serve with a sprig of mint for that herbal hit.
