Easy to make and effortlessly cool. This ginger and peach combo will spice up any occasion.

INGREDIENTS

170ml of Ballantine’s Finest
3 cups of frozen sliced, peeled peaches
2 tbsp of finely grated, peeled ginger
85ml of simple syrup
60ml fresh lemon juice
Mint sprigs to garnish

MAKE IT

1. Purée the peaches, ginger, whisky, simple syrup, lemon juice and 2 cups of ice in a blender until smooth and thick
2. Divide among glasses and garnish with mint sprigs (mixture will loosen once poured)
