GINGER PEACH

Easy to make and effortlessly cool. This ginger and peach combo will spice up any occasion.

INGREDIENTS

  • 170ml of Ballantine’s Finest
  • 3 cups of frozen sliced, peeled peaches
  • 2 tbsp of finely grated, peeled ginger
  • 85ml of simple syrup
  • 60ml fresh lemon juice
  • Mint sprigs to garnish

MAKE IT

  • Purée the peaches, ginger, whisky, simple syrup, lemon juice and 2 cups of ice in a blender until smooth and thick
  • Divide among glasses and garnish with mint sprigs (mixture will loosen once poured)
