Tall, refreshing and dangerously drinkable- this is the grown up version of hard lemonade that we want to drink all year long.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Ballantine’s 12
12.5ml lime cordial
3 lime wedges
3-4 dashes of Angostura bitters
Lemonade
Cubed ice
Lemon slice

HOW TO MAKE IT

1. Grab a highball glass and pour in the Ballantine’s 12, lime cordial, Angostura bitters and the juice of three lime wedges.

2. Add the ice, top with lemonade and stir.

3. Garnish with a slice of lemon and start sipping.
