20ml Ballantine's Finest
25ml Apple juice
75ml Soda water
Mint sprig

HOW TO MAKE IT

1. Fill a highball glass with ice
2. Add 20ml of Ballantine’s Finest and 15ml of apple juice
3. Top up with soda water and stir it up
4. Garnish with mint sprig
