This beautifully bubbly, sweet summertime drink is our warm-weather drinking philosophy in a tall glass: when in doubt, add fruit and fizz.
- 50ml Ballantine’s 12
- 12.5ml raspberry purée or syrup
- 12.5ml sugar syrup
- 12.5ml lemon juice
- Soda water
- Cubed ice
- Lemon slice
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Grab a highball glass and add 3-4 fresh raspberries. Muddle gently with the back of a spoon to bruise and release the juices.
- Add the ice, Ballantine’s 12, sugar syrup, lemon juice and raspberry purée or syrup.
- Top soda water and garnish with a few raspberries and a slice of lemon.
