Zippy, fresh, and light, the Apple pop is a low-octane cocktail that still packs a serious flavour punch.
INGREDIENTS
- 20ml Ballantine's Finest
- 25ml Apple juice
- 75ml Soda water
- Mint sprig
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Fill a highball glass with ice
- Add 20ml of Ballantine’s Finest and 15ml of apple juice
- Top up with soda water and stir it up
- Garnish with mint sprig
