RASPBERRY FIZZ

This beautifully bubbly, sweet summertime drink is our warm-weather drinking philosophy in a tall glass: when in doubt, add fruit and fizz.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Ballantine’s 12
  • 12.5ml raspberry purée or syrup
  • 12.5ml sugar syrup
  • 12.5ml lemon juice
  • Soda water
  • Cubed ice
  • Raspberries
  • Lemon slice

HOW TO MAKE IT

  • Grab a highball glass and add 3-4 fresh raspberries. Muddle gently with the back of a spoon to bruise and release the juices.
  • Add the ice, Ballantine’s 12, sugar syrup, lemon juice and raspberry purée or syrup.
  • Top soda water and garnish with a few raspberries and a slice of lemon.
