BALLANTINE'S ZEST

Tall, refreshing and dangerously drinkable- this is the grown up version of hard lemonade that we want to drink all year long.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Ballantine’s 12
  • 12.5ml lime cordial
  • 3 lime wedges
  • 3-4 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • Lemonade
  • Cubed ice
  • Lemon slice

HOW TO MAKE IT

  • Grab a highball glass and pour in the Ballantine’s 12, lime cordial, Angostura bitters and the juice of three lime wedges.
  • Add the ice, top with lemonade and stir.
  • Garnish with a slice of lemon and start sipping.
